Enjoy Montreal!!! There are a bunch of game developers there. Ubisoft and Square Enix come to mind. Also, the lakeshore on the south part of the island is lovely. Also, eat Timbits! C’est tiguidou, eh?
Thanks! I just relayed that info to Ian. He knew exactly what games they made. He’s a big fan of Final Fantasy. We will definitely eat Timbits, after I google to find out what it is!
Hey, a series of videos I would recommend is by Riot games. “Arcane: Bridging the rift.” There are some strobing lights in the video, so I don't know how sensitive you would be. It is a great look at the creative process and the behind-the-scenes of a video game company. I love the line, “The pursuit of creative work is complex. If your expectation is to work on something creatively where you are going to have no pressure or no feeling of being, like, overwhelmed at times, then you are working on something the world is going to forget.” Anyway, I think even though it is talking about a TV show (by a gaming company), it explains a lot. Let me know what you all think of Timbits. Enjoy Montreal!

Thanks, Smaug! I just sent Ian your note. I'm sure he'll check it out. When we were in Montreal, Ian spotted a sign for EA and was very amused.
